📞 Can I use my own phone number with Group Home Grow?

Yes. You can either: Select a new number inside of Group Home Grow, or Port in your existing business number (takes 7–14 days).

Not at all. We’ve simplified everything for group home owners—no tech degree required.

💬 How do I send messages or follow up with leads?

You can call, text, or email directly from your dashboard. You can also set up automation so new inquiries get an immediate response—even while you sleep.

🔄 What if I already have a website?

You can: Keep your existing website and just use our backend automation tools, or Switch everything over to Group Home Grow for a more integrated system. We can even clone your current site if you want to keep the same look! (additional fee)

💰 What does it cost?

Pricing starts at $97/month after a 7-day trial. Other plans are available depending on your needs—like extra users, phone minutes, or additional websites.

We also offer custom setup services for busy owners who want it done-for-you.

📆 Can this help with referrals and agency outreach?

Yes! We’ve included ready-to-use systems for building and managing referral relationships with case managers, placement agencies, and discharge planners.

Yes. Group Home Grow is built on secure, encrypted servers and follows strict data privacy protocols. We do not share your client or lead data with anyone.

🚨 What happens if I cancel?

You’ll retain access through the remainder of your billing period. After that, your system will be paused, and data archived for 30 days in case you want to reactivate.
